Curriculum design, development, and adaptation for students with moderate and severe disabilities; includes the following basic curriculum areas: domestic/home living, self-care, socialization, community living, leisure and recreation, and functional academics; a focus is on providing instruction in these areas in inclusive educational settings; and an emphasis throughout the course is on the evaluation of curriculum and program effectiveness. Prerequisite: SPED 436.
