Graduate Scholarships and Awards
Each year, the College of Education honors undergraduate and graduate students in education who demonstrate academic excellence, public service, and commitment to meeting the educational challenges of the present and future.
The College of Education fellowships and awards are made possible by the generosity of friends, alumni and former faculty of the College who honor the academic achievement, service and commitment of our students. These awards are merit-based and competitively determined. Students must submit their completed application and supporting material directly to their department by February 12, 2008. Late applications and supporting material will not be accepted.
Recipients will be notified of selection by mid-April and honored at the College of Education Student Recognition Brunch in November 2008. Attendance at the Student Recognition Brunch is mandatory and is a required condition of all of the College of Education fellowships and scholarships. Many of our donors also attend and they want, and expect, to meet the students who will benefit from their generosity.
