| Description | The Academic Job Search Series:CVs and Cover Letters-- A Curriculum Vitae (CV) is a comprehensive, biographical statement emphasizing ones professional qualifications and activities. In general, curricula vitae are three or more pages in length, and are used primarily for applications for academic positions. This workshop will discuss when the CV is appropriate, provide guidelines for preparation and organization, and offer suggestions for writing an accompanying cover letter. |
