What training is available for users?

What training materials are available for users?

The most recent training material is a PowerPoint presentation used in the October 25th training session.

What reference materials are available?

The SIS Reference Manual provides information on: field definitions, tips, shortcuts, sample filters and instructions on the petition and applicant processes, mail merges using MS Word, and letter job instructions. The SIS Reference Manual contains a table of contents as well as an index to assist users in locating specific information. The manual is available online in PDF form. Feedback from users is welcomed by emailing SIS Support.
