Web Training And Workshops

• CIO provides a number of web publishing training opportunities and other resources to web publishers.  Official College units have designated 'content buddies', our Webmaster is available for consulting, and CIO offers other resources as well.  If you don't have a point of contact already, please contact the CTTL at 244-3368 to discuss your training needs.
• FAST3 Classes  CITES FAST3 service offers a variety of workshops on web publishing and related topics. Their instructors are exprerienced and their workshops are well organized.  Some topics of interest to web authors have included: a 4 day intensive web publishing workshop, dreamweaver, Flash, Frontpage, Photoshop for the Web, basic Web and HTML workshops, and web database connectivity.  They are open to the public, though their primary target is UIUC Staff. 
• Student Technology Training CITES "Student Technology Training (STT) provides training to registered graduate and undergraduate UIUC students for a wide range of topics -- everything from Your U of I account to HTML.  A majority of our workshops are currently offered at no charge to U of I students."
