Assess Roles on Web Site

 

Decide what types of authors you will have editing your site.
 
On the WF site, there will be the following types of authors:

• Administrator.  Can do anything.
• Designer.  Can edit templates. Won't use Contribute. Just Dreamweaver.
• Coordinating Group.  Can edit all main pages (brownbag, listserv, etc) but no interest group pages
• Intererest Group Member.  Can edit only their interest group pages. Dreamweaver and Frontpage on demo site.
• Copy Editor.  Can not create pages at all, but can edit all pages.
