About the Office of Development and Alumni Relations
The College of Education has over 35,000 living alumni spread across the globe. These graduates, from the bachelor's level to the Ph.D., are strong advocates for us, as well as for the University of Illinois. And, even more importantly, in whatever their chosen field, these men and women of all ages have enormous impact on the practice and the theory of education in our world. Their support, both in their gifts and in their advice and friendship has been one of the factors that has seen the College grow from a single professor in 1905 to an academic home for nearly 2000 faculty, students and staff today.
