International School Supply Drive

The Bureau of Educational Research and the International Programs Office are collaborating to sponsor a school supply drive from January 11th to February 1st. Donated items will be given to local schools to help replenish depleted supplies. Items will also be sent to several schools located overseas.  Donations of cash will be used to purchase supplies, or to support packaging and shipping for the international schools.

Donations may be left in the Bureau or the Student Academic Affairs Office. If you have any questions please contact Anne Robertson or Fiona Griswold. 

Study Abroad Survey Complete

Congratulations to the winners of those who returned the Study Abroad Survey by November 1.  In total, we received over 100 surveys from current Freshmen and Sophomores.  The winners of the drawing are as follows: Kristen Bauer, Kendall Jackson, and Kristen Hult.  The survey sought to discover the preferences for Education students interested in studying abroad.  Through the survey, we were able to attain more information about barriers toand region/country preferences for studying abroad.  This information will help us provide more appropriate resources for students and to develop study abroad programs of interest.  Thank you to all who participated and stay tuned for results of the survey.
