Technology Requirements

Minimum Configuration:

• IBM compatible (PC) or Macintosh with 200mhz processor or faster
  32MB of RAM
• 50MB free hard disk space for class work and software
• Approximately 5MB of this space will be needed for coursework. The rest will be used by software such as your Web browser and/or word processor.
• 28.8 modem connection or faster

Software Requirements:

• Microsoft Word (preferred), or other compatible word processing programs, such as WordPerfect.
• Internet Access and Web browser capable of supporting Java and JavaScript.
  • Netscape 4.76 and 6.2.1
  • Internet Explorer 5.0 to 6.0
  • AOL 7.0
• E-mail software or a Web browser capable of supporting email activity, including sending/receiving attached files.
