WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Local transition teams consisting of, at minimum, a parent, a secondary student or young adult with a disability, a TPC Chair, an ORS representative, a community rehabilitation services provider, and an educator.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

TPC Chairs, please notify your constituents as soon as possible about this exciting opportunity so that you can begin to identify your team members before schools ends for the summer.

CPDUs, CRC and CEUs will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:

Further information will be forth coming regarding stipends and reimbursement of expenses.
