Biography

Jennifer Goode is a Ph.D. candidate in Human Resource Education (HRE) program, concentrating in organizational development. She holds a masters degree in HRE from the University of Illinois and a bachelors degree in technical communication from Mercer University in Macon, GA. Her current research involves the personal development of women in executive positions. Jennifer has over six years of experience in instructional design, computer-based training development, training needs analysis, project management, training delivery, and technical writing and editing.
