HRE 532: Strategic HRD
The purpose of this course is to assist the course participants to develop an understanding of the Strategic Human Resource Development (SHRD) field; its planning, development, problems, issues, potential contributions and limitations; its research and knowledge base; its purposes, strategies and needs; analysis of concepts, principles and programs involved in planning nonemployee development, employee development, education and training and evaluation processes of HRD practices.
