Andrea Ellinger receives Richard A. Swanson Research Excellence Award

HRE Professor Andrea Ellinger received the Richard A. Swanson Research Excellence Award from the Academy of Human Resource Development. Her article was entitled "Supervisory Coaching Behavior, Employee Satisfaction, and Warehouse Employee Performance:  A Dyadic Perspective in the Distribution Industry" and was published in Human Resource Development Quarterly. The award was presented in Austin, Texas at the annual meeting of the Academy of Human Resource Development.
