Biography

Kevin W. Gitonga is pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Human Resource Education (HRE). He holds a master's degree in HRE from UIUC and a bachelors degree in International Relations from the United States International University-Africa (USIU-A). He has experience in research, teaching, and community development. His current research interest is Leadership Development in small and medium sized enterprises (SME's) and Entrepreneurship Education in Africa. He is also interested in Talent Management and Youth Empowerment through entrepreneurship.
