James Frasier
Clinical Assistant Professor
Biography
Jim is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Global Human Resource Development program. He is also employed as a Senior Researcher at the Center on Education and Work within the College of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has served as the leader for several private and public sector research teams and advisory panels. Prior to his work at the Center, he worked for 12 years as the Manager for Learning Research at Motorola University. He has also been a public educator for 15 years in secondary education and has published several articles on vocational education assessment and performance improvement programs. Dr. Frasier received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and Doctor of Philosophy in Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
