My past research has focused on educational leadership and diversity, education law and teacher testing, and diversity and evaluation.
My current research interests involve looking at critcial race theory and its connection to educational research, policy and practice in the k-12 and postsecondary settings. I am also interested in research dealing with social justice perspectives in educational administration, leadership and policy, particularly with respect to race and social class.
