Hua-Hua Chang awarded Fulbright Senior Specialist Award

We are proud to annouce that Dr. Hua-Hua Chang has been awarded a Fulbright Senior Specialist Award in Education at the Slavyansk-on-Kuban State Pedagogical Institute, Russia. Dr. Chang will leave on his 35-day mission beginning May 30, 2008.  While away, he will teach a short course "Measurement of Latent Variables," participate in seminars, develop materials, and participate in many other interesting activities. His letter from the Council for International Exchange of Scholars states that "As a Fulbrighter, you will be joining the ranks of distinguished scholars and professionals worldwide who are leaders in the educational, political, economic, social and cultural lives of their countries."
