Writing Assignment: On page 2 of IMP 3, post a description of what type of video you intend to include in your final project, how you intend create and distribute it, and how you will assess its effectiveness.

Preparing Streaming Media

To try your hand at preparing streaming media that is directly relevant to the streaming media product that you will include in your final project, each student will select one of the alternative assignments listed in IMP 4.

Post a link from the appropriate page in the IMP to your completed assignment. These assignments have been created after I received feedback from students about the type of media they intend to include in their final projects. If you have not yet submitted that information, and have a special request, you should tell me what your plans are ASAP.

In IMP 5, we will discuss technical support issues that arise. I will do my best to answer those issues as they come up. Most likely, as the need arises, I will produce multiple, short narrated tutorial screenmovies in streaming format. I will answer your questions on a first come, first serve basis, so don't put your questions off if you can ask them right away. I want all students to post their questions, solutions, and links to resources directly into IMP 5, to act as our central support discussion board. Students should do their best to support one another as well. (Instructions are forthcoming.)
