Week 1: June 4 - June 10 In the Technology Focus for Week 1 (June 4-10), we will introduce the concept of highly interactive web pages for the classroom. In particular, we will look at and discuss educational sites which use advanced web-delivered technologies to simulate real-world resources. We will discuss and share links to successful examples. We will consider how the sites were developed and the purposes they serve. Students will also find, link to and provide brief discussions of additional types of highly interactive pages/sites that are relevant to their content area and/or level. The Week 1 Theory Focus will include a WebBoard discussion of educational technology theories (Thursday) and a closer look at resources based on 'one right answer' paradigms (Sunday). The Week 1 Project Focus is on crafting a Project proposal (Friday).
