Registration Packet
The registration packet is now provided for you on-line via the links below. Feel free to print the documents to open your Placement File.
A Placement File is a file located in the ECSO containing information about a job candidate and is sent to employers of the candidate's choice. A Placement File contains letters of recommendation, on-line profile, on-line resume, and electronic portfolio linked to your resume. Having a Placement File in the ECSO provides the opportunity for you to view job vacancies on-line and for employers to view your on-line resume. It also provides the option to create an electronic portfolio.
Before you set up your ECSO Placement File, please read the information under the Job Tools link (click on the arrow) and then click on Placement File Set Up.
NOTE: BE SURE YOU PROVIDE THE LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FORMS TO YOUR WRITERS, HAVE THEM SIGN AND DATE THE FORM, AND RETURN THE FORM WITH THE LETTER (IF IT IS NOT WRITTEN ON THEIR OWN LETTERHEAD) TO THE ECSO. IF THE LETTER IS TYPED ONTO THE FORM, THE FORM SHOULD BE SIGNED AND RETURNED TO THE ECSO.
