I was born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio, a city about 45 miles east of Columbus. I graduated from Ohio University (Athens, Ohio) in 1992 and I am currently in my fourth year teaching high school mathematics. This year my classes include Algebra 1, Honors Algebra 1, and Algebra 2. I am a masters degree student at the U of I in the department of Curriculum and Instruction. I hope to finish the program by fall next year. My favorite hobbies include reading and golfing. I am very much looking forward to Spring and to some warmer weather!
