                        Webdeveloper.com, webreference.com and webmonkey.com are 3 very useful sites for learning advanced features of HTML and DHTML.  they also have an extensive collection of tools that you can cut and paste into your own web pages.  I have found that the webreference.com "html-dynomat" tool is very easy to use and actually builds the javascript code for me.  I was able to add a menusystem and fading title page to my class web site in minutes without knowing anything about programming!

planetsourcecode.com, 15seconds.com, learnasp.com, javaworld.com are three excellent sources of programming code to use on a server or in a web page.  All of the samples on these sites are free to use and can just be dropped into your website and you are done!  I have use many of the planet source code.com appliations over the last few years and found them to be verystable.  however, the javascript didn't always work in internet explorer until version 5.  learnasp.com has the most complete discussions, examples and training of all of the Visual Basic sites.  What i learned in these sites i was able to use in Microsoft Word's Visual Basic for Applications as well!
