There is one example off the Internet I could think of is about the actual use one campus. There is a "local" e-mail system at the Office for Information Management (located downstairs at the David Kinley Hall) of the College of Commerce and Business Administration. Every student and staff member at this College has his own account and can only send e-mail message to other people also having accounts within this local system. This is another kind of tool for communication.
