The best thing about this project: It is one of the few elementary projects that I feel my first graders would be capable in participating in. The litertaure that was chosen for the project is quality literature. The project will be appropiate for the time of the year- Spring.
The worst thing about this project: The only draw back I see is that depending on Spring breaks among schools it could take forever to get the stuff from each school. Also I think it would be great if they would incorporate a face-to-face meeting when the project is near completion via camera.
What I would change to improve this project (and why): I possibly may involve more then the limit she set for the project. I also would make make multiple copies of the created book. It would be neat to have a copy for each classroom to have as a momento.
