Encouraging one school from each of the 50 states to pick a bill introduced into the state legislature, and to track it through the legislative process to the governor's desk for his signature. Students will note such things as the influence of the political party, interest group support or opposition, and the political party identification of the major actors. Results will be compiled, edited and presented to all the participants.
