The site contains articles, policies, humor, and information dealing with educational technology. There are links to over 2000 sites that would be of interest to classroom teachers and educators dealing with the use of technology in education.

Subject: About projects...

I am really sorry that I can't be at our Saturday session
but I do want to share a couple of sites with you. Last
week I was at the SITE96 Conference in Phoenix. Donn Ritchie
from San Diego State University demonstrated a web site
developed by Bernie Dodge (an old time telecommunications
guru) at SDSU. The webquest model that he has developed
could be made to work with a range of grade levels although
his sample is for preservice or inservice teachers. It is
different than the ones we have worked on but may fit a
different kind of project at another time.

HotLists and WebQuests http://edweb.sdsu.edu/hotlists/hotlists+webquests.html

My project of finding sites to use in teacher education is
moving along. I have included a site here that is an example
of the kind I am looking for. There is a demonstration
component that anyone can try and then you can sign in and
plant your own seeds. If you have a chance to visit here
and can think of others like this that you have run into I
would certainly be happy to have all the help I can get.
