Mission:

User Services is to provide support for COE faculty and staff through the use of the troubleticket system, a help desk and one-to-one consultations.

Technical Support:

User Services consultants provide technical support to COE Faculty and Staff assigned to the Education Building, Armory, Children's Research Center, Colonel Wolfe School, and 505 East Green Street Suite 203. 

If you are in need of technical support, submit a request by calling 244-6053, using the contact form, or visiting User Services in Room 1, College of Education. Dispatchers will enter a trouble ticket and route it to the appropriate group of support staff. Our technical support staff will attempt to service your computer within 24 hours from the time you call.

You may get a message to User Services anytime of the day or night by using our contact form. Also, we offer a voice mail system, for your convenience, at 244-6053. Our staff will enter your request into the trouble ticket system between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays.
