A discussion of opportunities for research for students, research plans, and other topics related to the Quantitative Methodology. This specialization enables the student to further focus and specialize in 1) statistical and/or quantitative analysis and appropriate interpretation of data collected through experimental or quasi-experimental research; 2) the development and psychometric analysis of measurement instruments; or 3) the design of experiments. Dr. Hua-Hua Chang, chair of the Quantitative Research Specialization committee, will discuss the requirements and shortfalls of this research specialization. |
