Description Basic Overview Session: During a Basic Overview Session, IES staff will provide a general overview of IES, National Center for Special Education Research (NCSER)and National Center for Education Reserach (NCER) research topics, the IES goal structure, and peer review process. These sessions are intended for researchers who are unfamiliar with IES or are novice applicants.
