You can download free antivirus software from the UIUC CITES web site at http://www.cites.uiuc.edu/antivirus/. And you can download free antispyware software at: http://www.cites.uiuc.edu/security/antispyware/
- It is highly recommended that you do this if you are not using alternative antivirus or antispyware software that is frequently updated.
