Unit Assistant in Youth Development

I am currently employed with the University of Illinois Cooperative Extension Service in the McLean County Extension Unit as a Unit Assistant in Youth Development. I work primarily with the county 4-H program reaching approximately 1300 youth ages 8-18 and 400+ volunteers in McLean County. I also coordinate our county school enrichment program to McLean County teachers and agencies reaching approximately 2300 youth. I graduated from the University of Illinois in January,1994 with a Bachelors in Agriculture Education from the College of ACES. Before working in full-time with Extension, I worked in several other county offices throughout the area including Champaign County Extension Unit, Moultrie-Douglas County Extension Unit and with the Illinois 4-H Foundation and Illinois State 4-H Office.
