Teja Kics teaches a 4/5 multi-age classroom at Olive-Mary Stitt School in Arlington Heights, IL. She has twenty-four students in her classroom that work in cooperative, heterogeneous groups. Her students are taught with integrated units. They are expected to learn to use and apply various resources and strategies that will be useful in the 21st Century. This is her first Internet class and she hopes to apply what she learns to her classroom.
