The Continuing Adventures of Flat Stanley

  The idea for this project came from the book, Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown
which was read by our 4th graders.  The basic premise of this project is a
geography lesson. We will send you  a picture of Flat Stanley, and you may
mail or e-mail it back . This project will take place from March 25 - April
25.  We will take up to 50 entries.   If you wish more information, please

                b. state
                c. country
                d. season of the year that is happening now
                e. average weather of the season


Once you send Flat Stanley back, we will send you every address that comes
to us.  The geography lessons is when you and your students find the
addresses on a map or globe.

To epand the lesson you may wnat to :
                1. Read Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown.
                2. Write a letter to Flat Stanley
                3. Describe Flat Stanley orally or in writing.
