The students arrange a five day journey across the world. They need to identify major geographic landmarks and cities throughout their journey. During the planning they have create a portfolio that another clasroom will solve. The portfolio will have all of the pertentent information, except the location names. Then the partner team exchange portfolios and track and identify the given clues. Then the class compares their results with their partners. This looks interesting because it ties in well with our geography program. It also ties in with a a project the children do in math, called the World Tour.
